Creating bespoke signage for one of the coolest hotel brands in the world, Soho House
Redchurch Townhouse is a new boutique townhouse hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. It is owned by Soho House, one of the world’s hippest hotel chain and private members clubs that is very popular with those in the media, arts and fashion industries.
Redchurch Townhouse – an impressive architectural feat
Opening in late 2018, Soho House briefed us to create Redchurch Townhouse’s signage to add its finishing touches. Redchurch Townhouse was an architectural feat that was built over several years. Top architecture firm 31/44 had stitched together two adjacent buildings, one Georgian brick terrace, one Victorian industrial to create it. As the new hotel had been a huge investment for Soho House, they stipulated that the signage needed to be exactly on-brand, very high quality, and delivered at a cost-effective price.
A luxurious hotel merits luxurious patina finished signage
In light of this, we were commissioned to create a series of luxurious, reverse-etched rustic brass plaques with a bronze patina. Happy with the signs, we were thrilled to be involved in such an innovative development project for one of the world’s coolest hotel brands.
